Lloyd Davies – Director of HR Consultancy

Lloyd manages the Human Resource Consultancy business and has over twenty-five years experience in defence (retired Army Officer), utilities, e-commerce, telecommunications and supply-chain management. Qualifications include; MA in Strategic Human Resources Management (HRM), Certificate in EU/UK Employment Law, Certificate in Quality Assessment - Lead Auditor, PRINCE 2 and BA in Business Administration. Most recently Lloyd was a Lead Consultant in People Strategy on the Programme Management Board of a major change project for a Midlands Utility and is currently working on international assignments within the defence and education sectors.

Rachael Hanley-Browne – Director of Resourcing

Rachael manages the Resourcing business and has an 18 year career in recruitment. She is a Fellow and Regional Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and has previously been a tutor and examiner in the Foundation in Recruitment Practice Certificate. Her other professional memberships include Fellowship of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and membership of the Marketing Society (Business Leaders). Rachael is the Account Director for the OGC Buying Solutions contract as well as handling Search and Selection assignments for executives across the UK and Europe.
