Resourcefulpeople are Awarded Place on OGCbuyingsolutions Catalist Framework Agreement.

We are proud to announce that Resourcefulpeople was appointed on 1st of March 2006 by OGCbuyingsolutions as a Catalist framework provider of Specialist Contractors in Human Resources and Training.

Beating off stiff competition Resourcefulpeople are now providers on the Catalist framework for the following categories of contractors into the public sector:

  • HR Director - A member of CIPD with at least 8 years post qualification experience & at least 10 years relevant experience recruitment, job appraisal & evaluation etc. With a good knowledge of Public Sector management practices.
  • HR Manager (PS) - A member of CIPD with at least 5 years post qualification experience & at least 7 years relevant experience in recruitment, job appraisal & evaluation etc. With a good knowledge of Public Sector management practices.
  • HR Advisor (PS) - A graduate of CIPD with at least 3 years post qualification experience & at least 5 years relevant experience in recruitment, job appraisal & evaluation etc. With a good knowledge of Public Sector management practices.
  • Management Trainer - Substantial experience of at least 15 years in their specialist field with a minimum of 6 years in a Training role. Sound knowledge of the Public Sector and current political issues affecting it.
  • Principal Trainer - Substantial experience of at least 10 years in their specialist field with a minimum of 4 years in a Training role. Sound knowledge of the Public Sector and current political issues affecting it.
  • Senior Trainer - Substantial experience of at least 7 years in their specialist field with a minimum of 2 years in a training role. Familiarity of the issues/problems facing Public Sector Organisations.
  • In addition, we can supply specialists in Recruitment & Resourcing, Employee Relations, TUPE, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Internal Communications.
